The best way we can earn your loyalty to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. At Quewel, we give you a full 30 days to fall in love with your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support at support@quewel.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and include all of the original packagings. After your return is received and inspected, all returns are subjected to 15% restocking fees. We will issue a partial refund of the initial order of less than 15% of the original purchase to the payment method that you used when placing the order.

Tips: For hygiene purposes, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. If you return an irrelevant product or the original product is damaged, you need to explain the situation to us, and we will identify the amount of refund to you. Please check the email from support@quewel.com, thank you for your understanding.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.

Exchanges / Store Credit
If you purchased an incorrect item, you no longer need such item or the product is not what you intended to order, etc. you may return it to us in its original (unopened/unused) condition for exchange, however, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee.

Defective products, at your discretion, can be exchanged or refunded. If you opted for an exchange, an equal item will be shipped to you. If such an item has been discontinued or is out of stock, a refund will be issued back to the same account it was charged from.

Note: If you require a replacement unit urgently (before we receive your defective unit), you will need to place a new order for that item. Once the original defective unit is received, a full refund will be issue back for the new order placed. "This is a preventive measure to ensure all products are returned"

Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please email us at support@quewel.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already shipped, you will need to responsible for any shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
