Your satisfaction means a lot to us! We will gladly refund any item or items that may have been damaged during shipping.
Due to the nature of our QUEWEL products and for health reasons, we do not offer refunds on any used/opened products.
To start the refund process, please contact our Customer Support team. We will refund the price of the applicable product, plus any applicable taxes, to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be issued. If you have any issues with your refund, please contact Customer Support team within 14 days of placing your order. At this time we do not refund shipping or insurance fees and apologize for the inconvenience.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Packaging Requirements
- Ensure the lash extension products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Place the products in their original packaging if available. If not, use a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning materials (such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts) to protect the items.
- Seal the package properly to avoid any leakage or exposure of the products.
Instructions on How to Return
- Include a copy of your order number inside the return package. You can print the order confirmation page or write the order number clearly on a piece of paper.
- Briefly state the reason for the return on the same paper with the order number. For example, "Damaged during shipping" or "Wrong product received".
